Order and Delivery Policy

At Sevenflora, we strive to make your floral experience seamless and delightful. Kindly review our order placement and delivery policies to ensure a seamless and exceptional service experience.

1. Order Placement
  • Ordering Hours: Orders can be placed online 24/7 through our website.
  • For same-day delivery, orders must be placed before 10:00am Singapore time, for arrival between 4:00pm to 7:00pm. 
  • Lead Time: For custom arrangements or large orders, please place your order at least 3 business days in advance.
  • Confirmation: Upon placing your order, you will receive an email confirmation. Please review it carefully and contact us immediately if any changes are required.
  • Order Amendments: Modifications to an order can be made up to 48 hours before the scheduled delivery time. Amendments made after this period may not be guaranteed.
  • Cancellations: Orders may be canceled up to 48 hours before the delivery date for a full refund. Orders canceled less than 48 hours before delivery are non-refundable.
2. Delivery Options
  • Same-Day Delivery: Available for orders placed before 10:00am. Orders placed after this cutoff will be delivered the next day.
  • Standard Delivery: Deliveries are made daily between 11:00am to 6:00pm.
  • Self-Pickup: Unfortunately, we do not offer self-pickup at the moment. 
3. Delivery Fees
  • Standard Delivery Fee: A flat rate of $18 applies to all standard deliveries within mainland Singapore, excluding restricted area. 
  • Free Delivery: We offer free delivery for orders above $180.
4. Delivery Guidelines
  • Recipient Availability: It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that someone is available to receive the delivery at the provided address. If the recipient is unavailable:
    • Flowers will be left at the doorstep, with a photo confirmation sent to the customer.
    • Alternatively, the delivery may be rescheduled at an additional cost.
  • Wrong or Incomplete Address: Please ensure the correct delivery address is provided. Sevenflora is not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
5. Weather and Traffic Conditions
  • While we strive to deliver your flowers on time, there may be unforeseen delays due to adverse weather, traffic conditions, or other events beyond our control. In such cases, we will do our best to inform you promptly and reschedule the delivery as needed.
6. Floral Substitution Policy
  • Due to seasonal availability, certain flower varieties may be unavailable at the time of your order. In such cases, we will substitute flowers of equal or higher value, ensuring the overall theme and color scheme of your arrangement remains intact.
